RSD collects, reviews, and forwards available supplier, manufacturer, and laboratory documents. RSD does not issue product certifications or laboratory reports.
Samples and colors
Provide the product direction, color, shape, thickness, quantity, target date, and delivery location. The selected supplier confirms availability, cost, and timing.
Order SamplesTechnical data sheets
After a suitable supplier is matched, RSD can request supplier- or manufacturer-issued technical data sheets for the proposed product. Document availability and applicability are confirmed for each order.
Fire and acoustic reports
After a suitable supplier is matched, RSD can request available manufacturer- or laboratory-issued fire and acoustic reports. Each report must match the named manufacturer, material, and tested assembly.
CAD, BIM, and installation
After a suitable supplier is matched, RSD can request available supplier-issued CAD files, BIM models, and installation guides. File format, revision, product fit, and permitted use are confirmed for each order.
What to include in a document request
Product direction
Name the listed product, share the page link, or attach a reference image.
Required evidence
Identify the specification, test standard, drawing, installation, or environmental document needed.
Order context
Share the application, construction, quantity, target date, and delivery destination.
